Hey there, nice to meet you!

I am a product designer and creative leader. My biggest passion is creating new experiences that take on wicked problems. As a product designer, I love to take a wide-angle view of a project, from understanding the problem to moving pixels. Most of my education is in communication and fine arts, but while at Carnegie Mellon I was able to work on projects that gave me enough coding skills to be dangerous.

I grew up in Dallas.

Yes, I occasionally say “Y’all”.

I’m an avid runner.

Running is the best form of meditation, ideation, and justification for eating pizza.

I’ve spent years as a bartender.

My favorite cocktail is The Sazerac.

My love for design started in art school.

I focused on printmaking, which requires attention to detail and reliance on process.

I love a good climb.

I started started rock climbing as another way to challenge myself. I’m no pro, but I’m always pushing myself to go higher.
